I have worn a Fitbit One for over a year. Was a real eye opener, to help me see how inactive I was. Now I use it as a measure to make sure I move more. Its not a magic tool, but it is an additional source of information.

There are any trackers on the market. If you're looking into them, do your research & consider what features you like.

I use it daily (which reminds me I need to charge it) and don't ever really take it off. Its excellent and works well with MFP. Just have to remember when doing really strenuous activity to let it sync with MFP and not record the activity manually. I love it, highly recommend it.

Except for showers (even if it is waterproof), I've worn my Flex for almost 2 years now. Think of it as a motivator in that it let's you know just how active (or not active) you are. Personally, it may be one of the best $100 investments I've made in getting healthy.

Hey! so I'm horribly quiet on pretty much any media source. I know I should write more but I don't. BUT I've got something important to say. Fitbit has launched a new campaign to feed the hungry. For EVERY ACTIVE calorie you burn they are donating those excess calories to those that need them. Joel McHale has a hilarious commercial on it go to >>>https://fitforfood.fitbit.com/<<< and sign up and watch his commercial on it. It's not automatic you've got to sign up special for it. Doesn't start until 3 Feb. Please pass along!

Oh and I totally love my Fitbit, just got the surge and now my husband is wearing my old flex. I learned that I burn a lot more calories taking the stairs that I could have ever imagined. Love it!!!!!! I actually think I can sustain my weight for the first time in my adult life.

I use my Fitbit Zip to track my steps. It's data, so it helps me make informed decisions on where I go from here.
