My blood test has come back and I wanted to see if I could adjust my daily cholesterol and iron intake does not look like I can do that. Anyway I proceeded to update my profile and my daily intake of calories has decreased from 1500 to 1200. I have lost 9.8 kg since starting but I was tampering off ie finding that my weight was stabilising so my question is do I use the new limit of 1200 and eat back my exercise calories to bring me back in line to 1500 or do I just ignore and continue as before. If I do use the new calorie intake how often should we adjust our diet profile?

How did you set up your profile? Because as you have less weight to lose, you should lower your deficit. Also, you can adjust to settings for iron and cholesterol here.

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.

Thanks that's what I was looking for.I still have ~77 lbs (36kg) and I have set it as 2lbs loss. So I should follow the revise calorie intake then and redo when Iose another 2 lbs. etc..
