Tone Hips?

Hey All,
I'm probably gonna get some hate from what I'm about to post. So I know you're not suppose to be able to spot reduce. I am exactly a size 6 in the bust and waist, but my hips are 3 inches bigger than a 6. I would really like to lose from that area but everything I've heard is that you can't spot reduce. But I really want to be able too. Can you please give me some advice/let me know if there is any way aside from plastic surgery to do this?

No, there isn't.
Lose weight/fat and hope that most of it comes from that area.0 -
Unfortunately, we tend to carry fat in certain parts of our bodies (for me it is the stomach) and it is the last part to go. Losing more overall body fat should help that area, but not in the way you’re asking about. Until then, a good tailor can do wonders for how your clothes look on you.0

Sorry. Its not hating its just telling the truth.0 -
Just to add to this, a lot of women (maybe most women?) don't wear the same size on the top and the bottom. The hips and thighs are a part of the body that we can be way more critical of ourselves on than we need to be . And part of how your hips look is based on how wide your hip bones are set, which obviously you can't change!
You can try to stay at a small deficit and lose another couple of lbs and see if it comes off your hips, or you can workout to build some muscle in that area and see if it changes your shape in a way that makes you like how your hips look better.0 -
Okay cool, thanks for the advice... I do want to lose some more weight anyways0
