Losing weight the days that I eat my last meal before 6-7p

I seem to lose weight the days that I eat my last meal before 6-7p.... and I am eating around 1,600 calories/day (with a 1 pound per week goal). Does this happen to you too? I am ok eating before going to bed (even though I get terrible heart burn/acid reflux), is not like I am debating whether is good or bad eating before going to bed. I am just wondering if there's people out there who lose weight the days that they eat their last meal 5 or so hours before going to sleep?
