I'm approaching 30 in a couple weeks. I have been wanting to start eating and living better. I would love to meet new friends to help me along the way. Please feel free to add me.

OP - do what you feel is best for you; however, I will just say that clean eating has nothing to do with weight loss or overall health ...you can eat the foods you like, lose weight, and maintain overall health ...

@AlciaMode‌, I try to eat clean daily...I would love to learn and be motivated to do it better. Thank you for joining me on this life change@ndj1979‌, thank you for the input.. Maintaining is my problem. I can lose the weight and eat right.....but I can't maintain it. That's why I changed my name to lifestyle. ...I have to make it a lifestyle. .

My sweet craving fix are really sweet fruits. Extra ripe mangos or berries, blended up with some Greek yogurt or something. Or if I feel extra decadent I will roast some peaches with honey or agave. Sadly there are a couple days a month when I just burry my face in chocolate, but that's ok as long as it is once in a full moon and not every day.

Dark chocolate is actually good for you and studies have shown eating a small amount daily will help curb your cravings! I always have some around and it has helped me tremendously. Sweets (and carbs) are my downfall too. I'll join you as well. I just turned 30 this month and am having the same revelation.... It's time to get fit/healthy for me & for my family too.

I try to eat as much organic greens as possible, and also try to limit the food I eat by weight. Losing is not hard for me either, maintaining seems to be the problem
