Hey everyone! I started workout out a month ago and have lost 9 pounds. I work out daily and changed my eating habits and eat completely clean! Drink only water and use my fitness pal ap.
I have 2 kids and my stomach hangs/sags a little bit. How can I get that to go away along with my love handles?

Thanks in advance!

Don't know!! now began running, exercising in general...but trying not to lose weight too fast, so that the skin gently goes back into place..but as for stomach..well, it would be, I guess, all over body=fat reduction, and some floor exercises, and taken up home belly dancing..u tube..check it out..fun!

There really is not any way to 'spot reduce'. Just focus on creating an overall calorie deficit and the fat will come off. Stick with it and the tummy fat is bound to go!

    ^^ Agree with this!!!

When I use the stair stepper machine at the gym my love handles burn. I'm hoping I'm giving them a good workout so they disappear! :)

Thanks! I've been doing high incline on the elliptical for 25-30 mins a day. Biggest loser DVD, squats, planks, stairs etc..I've lost 9 pounds so far and I really pay attention and count calories. I see changes ready but my stomach is my main problem.
