What's the best kind of workout to loose weight.

    A calorie deficit makes you lose weight. Cardio is good for the heart and weight training is good for maintain your muscle and metabolism.

    So with very little weight loss to go, aim for 1lb per week max and then do a program that is half or more weight training and the rest cardio.

    I have been doing what psulemon mentioned for over 8 years now. And before that did treadmill & jazzersize stuff. I do RPM & Body Pump three times a week. You can do it!! What you must do for sure is be consistent. That means that you must make this a priority. Plan your other plans around your workout plan!!!
