I've had a nosey at these pages but never added anything.
I have always known I've needed to lose the weight but needed something to click in me to do it. That was a wee visit to the hospital!
I started at 127.7 kg (20.1 stone) and I am at 115.2 kg (18.1 stone) at the moment but I don't have a 'goal weight' as such as I don't want to feel awful that I have so so much to go. I am wanting to be down to 82.5 kg (13 stone) and go from there.

Well to start, you seem to have a good attitude in that you haven't set a goal as such, which is good because it can become frustrating when you feel as though you have a long way to go. But try to not loose focus of that 13 Stone though - a lot of people stop dieting if they achieve their goal because they feel like they've not got anything to work towards.
Focus on the fact you have already lost weight, and 2 stone is a heck of a lot of weight (Measure out that weight in books, and feel how much weight it is!) So that's great!
