Hello group:). My name is Michelle. I have 45lbs to lose. Have to do it! I will do it. I just got diagnosed with diabetes. Any advice and support would be appreciated!!

    Hi I am from the UK. We are comming to Tucson in Arizona in may. I have lost 86 lbs 3 years ago but recently put 14 lbs back on so looking to lose that plus a bit more so would be great to support each other :)
