I am desperately trying to loose weight but I have so much trouble doing so. To help motivate me to reach my goal please feel free to tell me any tips, tricks, or things that motivate you. It will be greatly appreciated. :)

    Hello, Ariana! I'm a returning MFP user who "fell off the wagon", but I'd love to help in any way I can. Reaching out for help is a great first step! Having people to hold you accountable is HUGE. I've also found that planning out my food in the morning and logging it all helps me stay on track and not snack mindlessly!
