Hello all,
I checked some topics and saw everyone is here to loss weight. My situation is a bit different, I want to gain some.
I am 5'11'' and 119 lbs. (Hope i didnt convert them wrong, in my region its 180cm and 54kgs ) And, I am 23 years old. Since now, it was not a big problem for me. I am really healthy and I do not have any issue with being slim. So, I didn't try to gain weight before. Although, I want to look better and healthy. I got bored with people talking about my weight.
Is there anyone who had ever tried to gain weight? Do you have any tips for me?? I want to gain weight but in a healthy way of course. So, I need to do some exercise or find a sport to go with. I need some help to start at this point, I believe it will be easy to continue after that.

Hey my brother is the same. He has trouble because he isn't consistent. There are drinks mixes full of protein that he bought at GNC that helped. They need to be paired with workouts though. Obviously just injesting protein isn't going to magically work but it can be done. Good luck and I hope that you find more people to help you!0
