Hi. Im just like you in so many ways. I.m looking to become healther, trying to look better, and wanting a little bit more out of my life, and most of all Im human and make mistakes, hit brick walls and i'm not perfect. I started this new but old venture yet again five days ago. The one that says Im going to eat healthier, loose wieght, exercise more and not wiegh myself ten times a day. Thats right i wrote that right ten times a day. I put the scale away and told myself ill take you out once a week ., see ya Sunday. Wed out cam the scale, ya down 3 pounds and i really havent started the exercicing yet, Im doing good. Thursday started good. Wieghts good, yes i wieghed myself yet again.by afternoon i went crazy. The day was a total wright of when it come to eating. I didnt go o bed early, I ate everything bad, and i basicly wa sitting on the couch all day.IM HUMAN.
Today, wieght was up of course,
Put the scale away.
TODSY IS A NEW DAY.
ITS GOING TO BE A GREAT DAY.
