Wow what a difference. Well done. I lost 84 lbs. Have put a few on with xmas and hols etc. I am looking to lose 18 lb by may. Have just been put onto this app by my son so hope it will help me get back on track. I need it sometimes. Keep up the good work! It is life changing isn't it.

Thanks everybody!! Julzwild, I've debated with myself and others about my 60 lbs to go. My after pic is a bit deceiving. I have a lot of jiggle left. My goal is 175 lbs but I'll assess as I go. Give me an add if you like!
