Female CHEST health

So over the last two years, I have lost 25 pounds. Since high school I was 150, and a swimmer. Now, at 128, my chest is still large, but not as "Full" as I would like.

I run, I lift weights, and do yoga. I'm looking for any pointers, exercise related ( ANYTHING) to naturally help the problem!

Just one of the bummers of losing weight, but still would not change it for anything!

    I think the only thing you can do is try to build your pectoral muscles. Might fill them in a bit on front, but the rest is just hoping the skin shrinks down a bit.

    Eat foods that aid in increasing your estrogen level: pumpkin, garlic, red beans and split peas, soy foods eggplant, flax seeds, pumpkin and squash
    Breast massage will increase blood flow and aid in getting more estrogen to your breasts.

    You can do chest exercises which will increase your bra size but not your cup size. You can ingest more fat however, that will be distributed throughout your body and not just your breasts.

    After "floppy" comes "droop". Keep the girls firmly in place during exercise. That's all the advice I've got.
