Cant drop weight,help!

i have lost 10 pounds so far in about two months but now I have been stuck at the same weight for about two weeks and I cannot seem to drop anymore,I workout six days a week and I have a clean diet, I'm not sure what I am doing wrong,if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know :) thanks!

    Eat less than you burn.

    Weigh your food, track your calories, eat at a deficit.

  • I Do all that, I write everything down and I also track my grams in fat , protein and carbs

    You don't use MFP to log? Why not if you have the app?

    Okay, the first thing I want to say is that two weeks usually isn't enough time to start worrying. it could be a very normal water weight stall or other fluctuation hiding your weight loss.

    Opening your diary might help to get you more specific advice. The most common problems we see come from underestimating calories eaten and overestimating calories burned.

    You're logging everything you eat? Including condiments, cooking oils, veggies, cheat days, etc? Are you using a food scale, measuring cups, or eyeballing your portion sizes? Most people can be off in their estimates by several hundred calories when they eyeball portions. Measuring cups are better, but a food scale is going to be the most accurate.

    And make sure that you've calculated your calorie goals appropriately. Remember that these are just estimates. You may need to play around a little to find what works best for you.

    If you're exercising and eating back your earned exercise calories, be sure that you're using accurate estimates of your burn. MFP and gym machines have a tendency to overestimate certain activities, which can cause you to eat back more calories than you need to. Even a heart rate monitor isn't 100% accurate. If you're eating those extra earned calories it might be a good idea to eat only 50-75% of those.

    well another thing is if you have less to lose, progress will be slower. So that may mean .5 lbs a week instead of 1lbs.
    Just keep measuring your foods (using grams NOT cups/tsp, tbsp), keep active, and don't get discouraged!

    Okay, but there are a lot of little ways that people sometimes end up with mistakes in their food logging. We have a tendency to underestimate serving sizes, we use generic recipes instead of our own, we forget to double-check the accuracy of the entries in the database. Logging your food and tracking your macros is great, but have you had a chance to look through the links I posted?
