Calorie goal confusion?

Hey guys. Ive been here a week today and am finding MFP to be a godsend along with my vivofit for keeping me on track. I have lost almost 4kg in my first week...yay...but I know that was mainly fluid and it will slow back down to a healthy kilo a week from now on. Anyway, here is my question that I am confused with. I have not long woken up (its 7.30am) and my calorie goal for the day is saying 910 calories? Surely this can not be right? I once logged less than 1000 calories one day and it told me off saying I was not eating enough, yet now its contradicting itself? I have my settings set to sedentary with negative adjustments enabled for the most accurate true gauge of my calorie in/out. I am averaging 12000 steps per day on my vivofit. Im not a huge eater so staying within that limit wont be a problem, just confused as Ive always been told anything less than 1200 calories in a day is actually almost as bad as eating too much? So confused! Any ideas as to what the go is here? TIA.

If you've enabled negative calorie adjustments from your activity tracker, then you'll usually have a negative adjustment in the AM since you haven't done much yet. Once you get moving about your day, the adjustment should reduce or even reverse. Sync it again around noon to get a better idea of your cal goal.

ETA: You can also disable NCAs in Diary Settings, if you find this feature bothersome.

Yeah thx but i realise that. Its ok..there was a glitch and it was taking off 320 calories instead of 32. All fixed now.
