Working on a permanent change in my eating habits!

I'm trying to eat healthy fresh vegetables and fruits. Less beef and more chicken and fish. I'm not snacking at night like I used to. I am giving myself a Friday night (tv) snack of air popped pop corn... I haven't been faithful to exercise and hope to get started back ! Love reading posts and advice from all of you !!! This is a great site. I enjoy logging my food and it keeps me honest!

    Just starting myself. Yours is the first post I've read. I haven't been on this app in a couple of years and am amazed at how great it now is! Good luck to you. I personally know a lot of 'tips & tricks'; I think I could write a book. My problem is sticking to it. Old/bad habits are really hard to break!
