Need motivation for P90...

I got to day 39 of Power 90 and felt sick. Ever since then I haven't felt the pep or motivation to do my daily workout. Anyone have any tips?

    just press PLAY!!! it does work. I'm starting Insanity again tomorrow... I hate it but know it will work if I just press PLAY.
