Good Morning:drinker:

I forgot to mention that my weigh ins are wednesday morning...i try to stay off the scale until then.

How is everybody today? Ive got to work for part of the day then I will be doing a full body weight lifting workout. I may do a Jari Love Ripped.

p.s I came VERY close to eating a little debbie chocolate cake last night....but I didn't,I thought about how it would make me feel afterwards.:drinker: This is my second week back on track and im not screwing all this hard work up over a little debbie:wink::laugh:

    allenhm-I can totally relate to your rush to the fridge after your DH leaves....how did last night go?

    octoberbabe- i wonder why we wake up grouchy? for the past two weeks,on tuesday..ive been waking up with this very grouchy...'i don't want to be bothered' mood??? Thankgoodness i didn't wake up like that today,how is your morning going?

  • Good morning everyone -

    Weekends scare me because it's so easy to go over my calories! I did avoid the pizza and really good bread my family had last night but was it hard! :noway: Tonight we have a lighted christmas parade (in the BITTER cold) and that always brings lots of temptations. So my goal is to stay away from all the goodies that the family brings.

    Anyone have any advice on how to keep me off the scale? I'm a slave to it. I would love to be one of those people who only weigh in once a week but for some reason I can't do it! And if I gain, even a few ounces, I get so upset! I know it's water, or just my body fluctuating, but it just upsets me.

    Punka - great job staying away from the little debbie!! And thanks for the congrats on the good news. Relief for now anyway. You just never know when they are going to cut again. I do know about 10 people that have to be off payroll by December 26. Merry Christmas huh? :mad:

    Good Morning All

    Did very good with my calories yesterday. I also am a slave to my scale. I said I lost 3lbs but the weekend is not over yet. Tonight the girls in my family are all getting together for a Holiday Party. I think there will be about 12 or so with some friends in the mix.

    I so do not want to go and mess up my weight! I am doing so good and I know ifI have some drinks it may put me over the edge. But, my sister feels the same way so we are going to be on the buddy system for support.

    I don't want to drink soda all night, but I guess its better then drinking alcohol. I will just have to stay on the dance floor and not stop. :laugh: :laugh:

    I will go to the gym this afternoon so that should help!!

    Morning all,

    I had a REAL good time last night out with the DH. He loved the new dress :blushing: I did not keep in my calories but I normally give myself Friday's off and just plan for it, so I try not to beat myself up. We ended up going to a real nice night spot after the party with another couple and the good times continued. I actually got up on the dance floor and learned to do the cuban shuffle - and that was a site to see as I have two left feet! :laugh: Nice thing though afterwards is when i sat back down dh leaned over and said 'you looked good out there" :love:

    Back on track this morning though - got up at 7am and headed to the gym despite the bit of snow on the roads. Spin class is done and now its time to hit the shower and get moving - talk to every one later.

    Oh wow. Thank you. I'm not but I appreciate the good thoughts. :)

    I did my weigh in today actually and was just a wee bit disappointed to see my measurements and weight haven't changed at all.

    Well, my waist measurement did but it always does because I suck at measuring myself and do the waist at a different place every week. Haha.

    Anyway, I'm determined to continue forging forward despite there being no results yet!

    Yes, in fact I do! I am an obsessive weigher (Thursday's are my weigh days) but I like to hop on the scale every few days. I let myself, but I do it with my clothes on. Thursday is weigh in the nude, but any other day I just hop on regardless of what I'm wearing.

    This way - if it is under (or the same) I will already feel GREAT about myself because that means I lost x number of pounds plus the weight of my clothes/shoes. If it is over, I blame it on the clothes so I don't get discouraged. :bigsmile:

    This really helps me, since I am just so darn curious.

    Ranae - Dancing, I'm so jealous! I hope you had a blast, you certainly deserve it. :drinker: When do we get to see pics of the new dress??

    Nicky - Good for you! I'm afraid to do my official weigh next week because I don't feel like I've been depriving myself :tongue: Therefore, I won't have lost weight... but I've been under cals and exercising like a fiend. We shall see!!

    So today flew by. Did I mention that I work full time and am getting my master's online? Anyway, so today I've been studying and I took a shopping break to go and find some new clothes (since my stomach has decreased some in inches, I thought I deserved a treat). Anyway, I did the elliptical for about 55 minutes last night. Today I just took Charlie for a walk that ended up being about 2 1/2 miles and then some ab workout. My downside is that I've only had 4 glasses of water and it's 6:20. I've normally had 6 or 7 by now!!!

    I hope that I can get on here earlier tomorrow. I'm working on a research paper for my class. So, if you don't hear from me hope that it's because I took the extra time I had to go for a run or something.

    Great work everyone who's reached your goals! Everyone else, keep up trying. It's really hard on the weekends to be good!

    Today was a busy day for me, so i'm posting late. i had fried chicken and a yogurt bar today, but i'm not beating myself up, because i did have two salads today. Tomorrow is a new day
