Hey everyone! I'm finally convinced that abs are made in the kitchen. With that bein said, I know in order to reach my goals its 80% nutriton & 20 exercise. So I'm holding myself accountable by tracking what I eat & my workouts. I'm first year college student and I've beening doing tons of research on how to get smarter & exercise is the #1 key!
