Looking for MFP regulars in the Northampton (UK) area

Good morning people....

OK, I've been on here now for nearly a month and lost a stone so far. Really pleased with my start but ready for phase 2.

Is there anyone in the Northampton area thinking of joining a gym? It's one thing to decide you need to do it, it's another thing all together to go on your own :-(

Is there anyone about?
