How do I input breastfeeding into exercise?

im breastfeeding twins and not sure how to input that info into my tracker... Help!!

1oz of milk burns about 20 calories! I hope this helps.

In the food database there are breastfeeding options. Generally if your EBF, it's 500 calories. But with twins, it may be more. I think in this case it would be more trial and error to find the right calorie amounts... but try with 500 as the base.0

You can also put in breastfeeding by creating a custom food that has negative calories. Go to the My Foods section off of the webpage to set it up.0
