Ran 4 miles with my training group today. This is the beginning of a 10K train. It's the first time I have planned to run the whole training and my goal is to improve my very humble time :blushing: Good luck on your race runner dad! :flowerforyou:

No running today but walked the big giant holiday parade with a 16 pound baby in my front pack for about 4 hours! Yesterday I did 6.5 miles and felt awesome.

Oh, and I should mention I'm enjoying an Amstel light right now sitting in the sun by my swimming pool in FL!

I think I'm going to try running tomorrow, for the first time in two and a half months. We'll see how my body takes it. I'm a little nervous!

Congrats to all those who went out and ran today.

I did a 3 mile trail jog/hike and then after we finished that I went and did a 5k with my bootcamp group. I would have liked to say I was close to personal best for this race but I was a minute off. I think running and not eating before the race hurt
me but I did it for fun. I guess I shouldn't be too disappointed with my time. I was still under 28 minutes. Yay.
  • Great running!

I ran 6 mles this morning with my running group. My wife missed her 3 miler with her group, so I ran 3 miles with her this afternoon.
