I would search for what you have, then pick the one that seems closest in your opinion to what you ate! I.e. chicken tikka massala is around 1200 calories per portion, pilau rice would probably be around 400-500 per portion! If you google calories in indian food, you should get a few links! Also, supermarket curries that aren't low fat etc would be similar - ish to that of a restaurant!0

Who cares - eat and have fun and don't worry about it. Get back to logging tomorrow.
ONE day once in a while isn't going to hurt overall. I'm going out tonight too and am going to have whatever I want. Tomorrow is a new day and I'll get back to it. (although I'm not having curry - I'm jealous of you over that)0 -

A good option is to have something like chicken tikka (dry tandoori stuff) with a veggie side dish and chapatis instead of naan. Still tasty and much better calories wise than a full on.curry and rice.0

yes i will pass on the naan, but i like it hotish, so i gotta say yes to the rice, i guess ill just try my best.... as little rice as possible an stop eating if i get full... (rather than my usual, so full but gotta eat it ALL anyway... ) BUT how many calories ROUGHLY would you say a butter chciken is?? like is it like 400, 1000?? i wouldnt have a clue0

I would try to just order something that might be a little lighter on calories maybe a meat dish and just use a little rice and skip the naan0

And then don't worry about calories.. Get back to it tomerow0
