hi, I have 2 sons, 5 years old eric and 7 months old Terence, just back to work 4 weeks ago, want to lose extra weight from pregnancy from79kilos to 65, will need support and motivation, hard to fit exercise in daily routine with baby in nursery, work, train to catch and son at school. Any tips to stay motivated? When one love chocolate, comfort food and not fan of eating fish?

Welcome! I have two sons in primary school and I work mornings. I try to exercise over the lunch break before I do school collections. Planning food is key for me to stay on track- I bring my own food to work and try to cook in advance if possible. I also keep a few weight watcher meals in the freezer for emergencies.0
