    There's nothing wrong with fat. Fat does not make you fat contrary to what some think. A calorie surplus does. I use the recommended fat macro as a minimum, and I have still lost almost 70 pounds. But if you feel you must limit it try lean meats, greek yogurt (you can get 0% fat), low fat cottage cheese, avocado, nuts, etc.
