Anyone here do Dance Cardio primarily?

I am looking for other people that use dance as their primary form of cardio? I know that HIIT and interval training, boot camp type stuff, ect is the main deal these days because you can be deliberate about your training. That said, I just love to dance - and I really love 80's style dance cardio! Tracy Anderson, Body by Simone and Anna Kaiser are putting this style back on the map. Anyone in here doing this type of workout?

    I like playing Just Dance on the kinnect with my family for the days I can't get to the gym or just don't want to. Its fun and we work up a sweat so I see it as a good thing!

    I REEAAAALLLLLY want someone to come out with a dance routine video. Not something with dancy music and aerobic moves, but groovy or old hip hop music and real dance moves - plain and simple. That's a workout I would actually enjoy.
