Hello! I have been on my journey for a little over 2 years. Add me if you like, and I will help motivate you. :)

::hugs:: I've lost 55 of 90 pounds, and I empathize.

Celebrate your success, if you haven't. Set mini goals and tiny rewards.

Drank 8 glasses of water each day for a week? Give yourself a reward! Did three workouts a week? Give yourself a reward! Kept within your calorie guidelines all week? They can be small rewards - nail polish, or craft supplies, or $$ to save up for something.

I can relate. I made it to just within healthy range and here I have stayed (gaining and losing losing ten pounds every so often) for a couple years. I feel motivated to just do something about it now but I am also afraid I'll fail again. Maybe I'll set up a reward chart this weekend and just give that a try. Good luck everyone and feel free too add me! :)
