So I am a new member to myfitnesspal and I have been "officially" dieting for 2 weeks. I have never been one to need to watch what I eat. I am a fairly active person, but with 3 kids I guess it comes with the territory.
I really hope that I stick to dieting and healthier living. And if anyone has any suggestions for me, please let me know.

    just keep it up and we are all here I just started three days ago on myfitnesspal.com but have been offically dieting since Jan 12. I have lost 9 lbs so far and I am going to keep chugging along.
    keep motivated and dont get discouraged and you can do it.
