when you go through your weight loss process how often do you change programs because of plateauing?

If by change you mean redouble my efforts to ensure my data was as correct as impossible then twice. The data was good so I just stuck with it until the whoosh arrived and in a matter of days the scale agreed with my estimate of what I should have lost in those 3 weeks. A Plateau is a good time to check all your numbers. A couple of inaccurate food items in your regulars will add up.0

Depends on the plateau. Sometimes a plateau is a time when you are building muscle, or your system is reaching a new equilibrium. I noticed in the past, when I lost a bunch of weight, that I might stay at a certain weight for weeks, but suddenly I was down a pants size.0

A plateau is 6-8 + weeks of no scale movement whilst doing everything right and it's rare
A stall of a few weeks is common and generally followed by a drop if you just keep on keeping on..you can generally see movements in measurements / fit of clothes without specific weight loss
Weight loss is not linear
To poster above me: You don't build muscle without purposeful progressive training whilst eating at or above maintenance (barring newby gains in first 6 months or so)0 -
