Starting 30 day Shed tomorrow. :)

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am starting the 30 day shed tomorrow (May 9th). I am putting it out there so I have some accountability. Ready to get my butt kicked. I will let you know how it goes, as I am going through it.

I started it 2 weeks ago but only did one week. I did not do it last week but started it again today. I actually really liked it when I did it but I just didn't have any time last week to do it. Good Luck!0

C25K is an awesome program and very well regarded.
It makes running enjoyable and possible for many beginners.
Make sure you have decent shoes and feel free to ask if you have any questions.
There is a wide body of running experts on here. For the most part we all like to support others in our chosen pass time.

I started 30DS last night. My legs are killing me and walking up/down stairs afterwards is tough!

I log it under circuit training.0
