Help keep me motivated!

Evening all.
I'm a 38 year old male from Melbourne Australia, and I currently weigh 153 kilos. (I think approx 335 pounds?)
Anyway I'm here to get healthy and get back to around 120 kgs and get back to playing footy and cricket.

I'm looking for tips and people to keep me motivated and honest!

I know I can do it, come along for the journey?

    Thanks, while I'm looking forward to the challenge I also know support and pushing will help me stay on the path.

    Kicking things of tomorrow, cutting out salts, sugars and empty carbs.

    My advice is to log your food and exercise. Weight yourself even if you don't want to. Then read these posts anytime u think you want to go off your plan.
