2/1: I just finished my first 4 weeks of BBL and saw awesome results; down almost 12lbs and just over an inch on my hips and waist. I do realize a fair bit of that weight is water weight. Even though I know it's water weight, I'm concerned I'll start to get frustrated this month as the loss slows down. Hoping to use this forum to keep myself on track with a 1.5-1lb/week goal that I know is more realistic/attainable/healthy/still awesome.0 -
