Hi everyone!

I'm new here with about 40lbs to lose.

I'm a mom of an almost 4 year old, from the Toronto area.

I look forward to getting to know you all!

    Hi, so what's your plan? In what kinda time frame do you hope to loose the 40lbs?

    I have no idea where to start :stuck_out_tongue:

    I have a gym membership but find it hard to get there. My plan for this week is to go. There are some yoga classes that I want to try and a Zumba class I used to go to but find the people intimidating - the room is packed so there's not a lot of room and people have their "spot", you know?

    I'm also hoping to get myself in a frame of mind to stick to my calorie recommendation no matter how hungry I feel or how delicious the other stuff smells! Not sure how I'm going to go about doing that other than telling myself no.

    Drinking more water will probably help with the above, and not feeling as hungry :smile:

    As for timeframe? I guess as long as it takes but I'd really like to see 20lbs off by September.
