Garmin VivoSmart syc with MyfitnessPal?

I'm not sure I fully understand how to connect my VivoSmart to syc with myfitnessPal App? I have both apps connected and working on my phone. In my Diary at the bottom I see Garmin Connect calorie adjustment. It always reads 0?

    I had the vivosmart for about a week and I couldn't get the damn thing to work seemly with anything. near the end the vivosmart couldn't even sync to the android phone. I never got it to even connect to the garmin site via the USB connector (with software). Total bust.

    I hope it's just a hick up for you regarding MFP, I was using bodymedia sycning and even that didn'tork for some time. theall of the sudden the MFP total calorie numbers started to show up in the bodymedia android app.. *Joy*
