    2/1: I just finished my first 4 weeks of BBL and saw awesome results; down almost 12lbs and just over an inch on my hips and waist. I do realize a fair bit of that weight is water weight. Even though I know it's water weight, I'm concerned I'll start to get frustrated this month as the loss slows down. Hoping to use this forum to keep myself on track with a 1.5-1lb/week goal that I know is more realistic/attainable/healthy/still awesome. :D

    Struggles or successes of your week: Already been dieting for about 5 days. I've been eating roughly 1400 calories a day and haven't lost anything so far. Hope it changes soon.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I have an event on Friday that will include lots of drinking. I plan on reducing calories by 200 each day this week to account for the alcohol on Friday.
