How can I get more good fat in my diet? Any thoughts would be helpful and greatly appreciated. I need to increase my fat intake but don't want to do it with the wrong foods. Thanks for your help!

Snack on nuts like almond, have some nut butter, put avocado in your food (I eat it with eggs and wholemeal bread), slightly more olive/coconut oil when you're cooking?0

~nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, dry roasted or boiled soybeans, tofu,
~salmon, tuna, sardines,
~brazil nuts, macadamias,0 -
Full fat dairy
Fatty fish - tuna, salmon, trout, mackerel, herring etc
Fatty cuts of meat - chicken with skin, pork chops, minced meat etc
Nuts and seeds
Eggs and mayo
Oils
Spread butter on bread if you eat bread, sprinkle parmesan on pasta, use vinegar and olive oil on salads, snack on nuts, dip pieces of fruit in nut butters, have real and tasty meat for dinner, drink whole milk, eat full fat cheese and yogurt.
Steer away from foods fried at high temperatures, and margarine.0 -
Nuts, avocados, fatty cuts of meat.
Cook with olive oil or coconut oil instead of sunflower oil.
Look for foods high in saturated and monounsaturated fats and limit your polyunsaturated fats.0 -

My fat comes from eating an avocado every day, and two tablespoons of almonds in my yogurt.0

If you currently buy fat free dairy consider switching to whole milk, full fat yogurt, etc. I find them much more filling and an easy way to incorportate more healthy fats into your diet. To maximize benefits look for grass fed dairy when possible!0

Lard is pretty good. I generally use it for everything that doesn't need to taste buttery.0
