Monster Rehab: What's the Catch?

Okay, so I have examined those Monster Rehab energy drinks countless times. I can't find exactly what's bad about them as it relates to weight loss. However, that cannot be right.
So, what's the catch? Is there some god-awful ingredient in there?

Just account for the calories in it. I think most energy drinks taste like azz, but if you like em, go for it.0

I don't drink them excessively, but I still do drink one here and there and it doesn't ruin my weight loss. No drink will help better than water for shedding the pounds.0

I think the "energy blend" they put in there is probably in some way bad for your health. But 1 can is 20 calories, so as far as that goes...I don't see why you'd gain weight. I drink it all the time.0
