    I've always struggled with my weight And being a medical student, makes it harder since I'm studying most of the time while sitting, but I really need to make this change! I started off with 171.6 pounds and today weigh 165 pounds. Proud of myself and want to keep it going. Best of luck everyone. We can do this :)
