                    I have always had chunky thighs and they don't look so good.
I don't want stupid massive muscle thighs either any ideas?
To add I have decent calf muscles I am wondering when I used to dance this is what's caused both

            As in large, rugby player build. Only I am tiny and they look disproportionate0

            You could work to add more muscle to your upper body. And when you’re working lower body, keep your rep range high (12 - 20).0
