Need some motivation!!

I'm currently 165lbs and my highest weight was 170lbs. Two years ago I was 147lbs and I'd really like to get back down to that size by the summer!! I'm vegan, if anyone has any advice or healthy food recommendations please let me know :)

    Hi! I'm vegan too and finding myself at the highest I've been for a long time. What I've realized is that nutrition is key. Because being a dirty vegan will make you just fat just as junk food make you fat. Eating wholesome nutrition dense meals is the way to go. Good luck!
