Anyone here track the number of sleep cycles. I just discovered the app that records how you sleep including the number of deep cycles you enter and was wondering what your general attitude about tracking sleep (if you have poor sleep).

Sleep from what I understand is in 90 minute segments, it is unclear to me how many on average people need. It seems that at 5 I'm not so great, if I add a nap that usually adds one more where I feel that deep Sunday morning sleep. When I get up.

I was bought a jawbone up for Christmas and have become a little obsessed with tracking sleep.. I've found a huge variance in mine from 8 or 9 short deep sleep cycles to 5 that last for longer. I do find that I wake up and feel ok then plug in my jawbone to check my sleep and feel instantly more tired if it says I didn't sleep so well..

hahaha, yeah it warns people about that. People love to sleep. Do you know what 'sunday morning sleep' is? I"m curious if it's linked to how much sleep one gets

Doesn't it mean waking up feeling perfectly rested? For me that changes all the time, my mother in law needs 5 hours no matter what, I could sleep forever! I love sleep and I love food.. No wonder I'm always dieting..!

actually It's wanting to lounge in bed because it's so warm. I don't know if I'm over sleeping when I do
