Hi I'm new here just reading some of the success stories here and was really inspired thought I will share mine since I have started counting calories it has helped me control what I eat.my weight loss in this little time has given me a lot of motivation to carry on it is really easy in the first week but second and third week tests your patience once you've gone through those two weeks I think you can beat any goal you want.i have restricted my self to takeaway once a week and stopped eating anything after 7pm max after that If I do feel hungry I just drink water no solids allowed.i do regular exercise i.e 4 times a week 20 minutes treadmill on 10 gradient at 6 kmh and crosstrainer 10 minutes only.currently I weigh 111.9kg and my goal is 92kg.
