Looking for some friends so we can support each other.Need to lose 30-40 pds.seriously.I'm a 62 year old female that wants to get healthier and feeling better.This is not just about clothes,but exercise and mutual support.

Hi, I am 63 (64 next month). I have been on here for 2.5 years and lost almost 40lbs. I need to lose 28lbs more and am hoping to do it by the end of June. I am always on here and very chatty, so if you can cope with that feel free to add me.0

I turn 63 this year. Would love to loose 50 pounds but would be happy with 30 lol. Have lost 7 since 12/1. Am a 2 time lung cancer survivor so have lung issues from treatment that limit my ability to exercise but I do try! Feel free to add me as a friend.0

am 54 feel free to add me as a friend. I understand what you mean. I feel so much better now that I am eating healthier. Exercising has really made a difference in how I feel. I started walking last year and I just started strength training. I feel stronger in my arms and legs and I love it. Of course looking better is nice too.0

Hi, I will be 47 this year and looking for committed friends with open Diaries (like myself) to support and help each other. I started last year and lost 45 lbs and went down 3 sizes but an illness from October to now had me totally inactive (some days could not even walk) so it has set me back. Now trying to get back on track although I can't do the exercises that I did before. But I have started slow and short walks a couple times a week and seeing a small difference so I trying to stay positive. So if you are serious and dedicated please add me. :-)0
