Hey everyone!

How's everyone doing? I'm back on here to finally get rid of those last 10 pounds that refuse to go! I was never say, overweight, but definitely chubby, I managed to lose 20 pounds in a snap, but now it seems these last 10 aren't going anywhere (but my stomach and thighs). I hope with this app and exercise I'll finally be able to reach my goal! Anyone else just looking to finish off their goal? Good luck to those of you just beginning your journey, it's one of the greatest and most rewarding things you'll ever do for yourself! Xoxo let's be friends and encourage each other!     I'm the same, just have the last little bit to drop. It's very slowly disappearing. Requires a lot more determination when you don't see significant results every week

    Sometimes looking back I think the closer to goal the more challenging it got.

    If you have hit a true plateau, try reducing the duration but upping the intensity of your cardio. That did the trick for me.
