Berries, fresh fruit and a hint of chocolate always works as a great combo0

I like a chocolate covered frozen banana. I make mine with just 1/2 the banana each so they are small.0

An it's it, or some oreos.
In fact, I might do that for breakfast, and then go hit a workout.0 -
Those cutie tangerines are small, sweet, and just right.0

1/2 Cup Sugar-Free Jello with 2 Tbsp of Real Whipped Cream (from the aerosol can).

I'll eat one of the halo tangerines and a small piece of chocolate to satisfy my cravings.0

I usually have one or two squares of Lindt 75% dark chocolate for 50 calories per square. Nibble slowly and savour0

Ovaltine Mocha: 3-3.5 oz. espresso, 2 tbsp. Ovaltine, 2 tbsp. fat-free Reddiwhip. It's a bit crazy-sounding, but for 46 cals., it's a treat. Sometimes I add sugar sprinkles. Also, a teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter gets me through the starving time. Ha-ha.0
