Berries, fresh fruit and a hint of chocolate always works as a great combo

I like a chocolate covered frozen banana. I make mine with just 1/2 the banana each so they are small.

Ok I've made a vow to give up my glass of wine at dinner during the week days. I never allow myself dessert, but I think I will start. It seems I have that sweet craving at night. Could you offer me some good ideas for a small sweet treat? I'm not a huge yogurt fan.

An it's it, or some oreos.

In fact, I might do that for breakfast, and then go hit a workout.

Those cutie tangerines are small, sweet, and just right.

1/2 Cup Sugar-Free Jello with 2 Tbsp of Real Whipped Cream (from the aerosol can).
It seems decadent to me, lol

I'll eat one of the halo tangerines and a small piece of chocolate to satisfy my cravings.

I usually have one or two squares of Lindt 75% dark chocolate for 50 calories per square. Nibble slowly and savour :)

Ovaltine Mocha: 3-3.5 oz. espresso, 2 tbsp. Ovaltine, 2 tbsp. fat-free Reddiwhip. It's a bit crazy-sounding, but for 46 cals., it's a treat. Sometimes I add sugar sprinkles. :yum: Also, a teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter gets me through the starving time. Ha-ha.
