I have two favorite things that I shuffle between breakfast and lunch, but most of the time I just cook extra dinner and bring some for lunch to work the next day. I get a lot of recipes from Oxygen Magazine, Clean Eating Magazine and Prevention Magazine's Flat Belly Diet Family Cookbook. That said, here are my most recent go to breakfast and/or lunches.

Thomas' Everything Bagel Thin with 1 oz. fat free cream cheese, 1/4 cup fresh raspberries and about 3 slices of deli turkey. Sounds weird. Is amazing. I've also added arugula and it was ok, going to try spinach on it next.

Chobani plain nonfat greek yogurt (6 to 8 ounces) with fresh blackberries, about 1/6 cup of muesli and if I feel like it, a teeny drizzle of honey.

oddly enough...that bagel sounds good! I am adding these ideas to my shopping list.
I tried Greek Yogurt once or twice....and i thought it tasted like sour cream--- do all brands taste like that? Of course I was prego when i tried the greek yogurt, so maybe my taste buds just didnt like it at that time lol.
    Thanks for your ideas:)

hummus and whole grain crackers or veggies

quinoa cooked with spinach--I add all kinds of stuff to it--chick peas, leftover veggies, goat cheese or feta, with a touch of light olive oil--you can eat it cold or hot--I know some people like it with fruit & cinnamon or nutmeg, but I have only used it for savory dishes

yes they do all taste like sour cream but greek yoghurt is very good with fruit. For lunch you could try hummus and veggies or I like almond butter with pear

I like to take leftovers. Sometimes I'll make a few pita pizzas, wrap them in tinfoil, freeze them, then put them in the microwave at work. I'll do the same with stirfry, or I'll make some chicken fajitas. Put the chicken, and peppers in a container, then wrap it up in a tortilla at work.

Hi - one of my favourite lunches is left over vegetable chilli - I can also eat it cold as it's similar to a salsa, but chunkier and more filling. If I need a varb fix I take a wrap with me and fill that with some and eat the rest on its own.

And I always finish my work lunches with a fat free yoghurt - really fills me up and lets me go hours until I have to go home to eat dinner (and sometimes when I am busy at work, the only reason I leave at any given time is because I am hungry and need some chow!)
