Planks - how many calories/minute

I am trying to add planks to my exercises and it isn't in the list. Does anyone know how many calories you burn for a 1 minute plank?

    Considering that a person running at 6 MPH will burn an average of 10 calories in a minute, I would imagine that 1 min of a plank would be less than that.

    you could probably log it as "calisthenics home/light" if you really wanted to log it. :)

    or maybe pilates.
