Recording exercise

Hi all,
I have been using fitness blender videos on youtube and want to record my exercise. Right now I am doing low impact cardio with a mix of push ups, ab work, lunges, etc. I have no idea how to record this on here. When I do a search for exercise and enter "cardio", nothing pops up. I ended up using aerobics, general but that's not as accurate as I'd like. Any thoughts for someone who is doing a video that incorporates numerous exercises?

Record it as circuits. Might be worth investing in a Fitbit or something similar and linking it to your MFP account, then you have a fairly accurate record of calories burned through the day, including exercise.0

I bought a Fitbit and couldn't get it to sync with any of my devices. Even fitbit gave up after spending one hour on the phone with them. Thanks for the advice on circuits, I'll go with that.0
