You can make some really good smoothies with pumpkin (unsweetened, canned or fresh cooked). You can take a can of pumpkin, add your berries and chia seeds and enough water to make it the consistency you like. It doesn't require yogurt or milk. You can add some pumpkin pie spice if you like.
Or just use water or cocconut water in your smoothie instead of orange juice. Or maybe try a cuccumber.1 -

I use just a little bit of water but want to try crystal lite. Sounds good!0
